  1. Clear is great! In town for a few months and the place we're staying only has 1.5Mbit DSL. Watching Hulu or Netflix on that just sucks. But with Clear it's got great quality and I can take the stick anywhere I go like the coffee shop and not worry about slow wifi that everyone else is stuck with. I used to have T-Mobile FlexPay with Total Internet and that was $55 a month including tax. Clear is $10 cheaper and a quite a bit faster.

    Matt at Clear internet is the best! We called him up and he was at our new apartment within an hour and a half and the set up took literally 10 minutes. Having access to the internet is critical to finding your way through a new town and Matt was able to get us access quick and easily. I also looked up competitor prices and Clear internet was the lowest price but best customer service!

    Not a single complaint. None. When I called to request service, the modem showed up the next day. Because I live in a cinder-block building, reception can be a problem. So I moved my desk along side of the window. The process of setting up the modem took about 3 minutes. Turned on my computer and immediately got reception…with no interference at all. I've had Clear for about 3 months now, and never have I had a problem. In any way. It works just as well as Comcast, if not better. Also, I've had reason to call in to get some help in other matters. Again, no problems at all. Customer service has been great. For instance…just today I called to figure out where my "Referral number" was because I couldn't find it. We spent 25 minutes trying to find it. No luck. Then,as we were talking, I opened up my e-mail and there it was. Problem solved. The gentleman put forth a great effort to resolve this issue. He deserves a $25.00 bonus, too. If you are reading this and haven't signed up for Clear, do so now. You won't regret it.
