  1. Great quality, great service – I love it!! I was tired of not making connections and having problems with my phone with the other internet company. I highly recommend the internet and phone service. I haven’t tried the aircard yet, but I’m sure that will also work equally well.

    Let’s call this I LOVE CLEAR!!!

    So, I am a CLEAR customer….

    Let me paint a little picture my life before CLEAR… Well I get “that” other internet company and you are so excited you think you got this great deal. A “special offer” HA!! That’s what you think. The trouble all starts the first day someone comes to install the equipment. Where to put the computer. “oh but you have to put it near a cable jack” So you start looking around the room. And there it is that cable jack. But low and behold it’s across the room from where the computer desk is. But it’s all you can get. So now you have this long ugly cable cord going across the room. So you can live with that you have no choice. So your going along then the first bump. Your bill comes…. Normal thing but it’s more. They have risen the price and you have no choice but to pay. Then the final stray brakes. You are having a problem it really doesn’t matter what. But you have to call there “customer service” (ya right) so you sit on hold for god only knows how long. And finally after 10-20 mins of being on hold a person. Who says, “ they can’t help you . but can you continue to hold and I will transfer you.” Not really a pretty picture….

    So now lets look a different type of world. You call your clear person to come out. They arrive and check the connection. And you are good to go. So where to put the computer. Hmm oh all you need is the electrical outlet well look there is one right here next to the computer. (no long cords) and when it is time for that bill to come. You don’t have to worry it’s going to be what you were told. When I first installed my Clear on my computer I had to call customer service. And I got a shock someone answered the phone!! Not a machine but a real live person and not in 10-20 mins but a few rings. I LOVE CLEAR!! It’s just as fast as the other companies and not all the hassle. If you have a choice choose CLEAR. You will be so glad you did.

    I am very happy with my WiMax service. I’m already telling friends and neighbors about Clearwire, and its advantages over Comcast.

    I was Matt's, (AKA The Clear Guy) very first customer. My fiance and I are very excited that we can save some money our internet with Clear and officially say "good-bye" to comcast.

    First of all I want to say… I am really impressed with the connection speed and the affordability of Clear. I was able to "fire" my $20/month ISP (EarthLink) and $45/month land line provider (Qwest) by installing my cell provider's (T-Mobile) VOIP wi-fi router for $10/month. My only concern with going VOIP was the compatibility with my home alarm provider (Brinks). Both T-Mobile and Brinks told me they were NOT compatible. However, after installing VOIP it turns out they ARE compatible. Afterwards, when I contacted each provider to let them know the results, they both told me that they were surprised and they said it must be due to Clear's WiMax. Because of Clear and the addition of a wi-fi router, I am saving a total of $20/month ($240/year) plus, I get a connection speed 5X to 7X my previous DSL speed.

    Another note… as per speedtest.net, with 5 lights on the modem it tests at download speeds between 3,079 kb/s and 4,784 kb/s; with 2 lights on the modem, 1,960 kb/s. Compare these numbers to the 612 kb/s DSL link I previously experienced.

    This guy was AWESOME! I found his number through Google411, called him and inside 20 minutes he'd changed an appointment with a co-worker, rolled out to my location and was setting up my Clear connection. Whats more is I know he could have upsold me on more services and made more money off me but he knew it wasn't right for me and didn't sell me hard on it. Prompt response: 10, Service: 10, Knowledge: 10. I'm a very satisfied customer!

    Clear is fast and easy. I couldn't be happier. And anytime there has been a problem everyone I have spoken with has been helpful. SE Portland- Hawthorne District
